We reserve the right to refuse service if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and availability.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, cleaning, or damages.
Payments must be completed prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to full or partial charges.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Limo Luxury Ride.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
6. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers of legal drinking age and where allowed by law. Proof of age may be required. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Limo Luxury Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or connections.
8. Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal items. Limo Luxury Ride is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items left in vehicles.
